Measure your outcomes and social impact.

Capture what counts

Our clients

What we do

FPE supports for-purpose organisations to develop and implement outcomes and social impact measurement frameworks and complete evaluations of current projects. Using three simple steps, we ensure you capture the data you need to tell your story.

Understand you

We ensure you capture what counts by understanding what you do, improving your existing data collection process and providing you access to the data you need to continue your important work.

Simplify things

Unlike other measurement and evaluation consultants, FPE understands that you are the experts in your field. We combine our expertise with yours to define and simplify your existing processes, so they capture the data you need to tell your story.

No new systems

Working with FPE will not require you to purchase or implement a new system or manage significant organisational change.

SHE Investments Cambodia

“We are extremely happy with the work that For-Purpose has done building a Social Impact Measurement Framework for our organisation. We’ve had a very positive experience so far and look forward to working with FPE more in the future. Eleanor has gone above and beyond our expectations, and her work has had a very positive impact for our organisation (and continues to do so).  I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

Why we do what we do

FPE is passionate about supporting for-purpose organisations to be sustainable businesses.

Pressure has increased in the community development sector to collect more data than ever before. Data collection can take time and knowing what to collect can be difficult. Organisations often either collect too much; ‘we might need it - collect everything just in case!’ Or they collect too little, ‘if they want to know our value, they should come and see it in person’.

Winners of the Innovation in Social Impact Measurement Award 2020.

For-Purpose Evaluations are winners of the 2020 Social Impact Measurement Network Australia (SIMNA) Award for Innovation in Social Impact Measurement. Our work with the Victorian based not-for-profit Flat Out was recognised by the judges as;

“A fascinatingly exciting project which really innovates in terms of how we understand impact measurement in 2020. The quantitative analysis and use of data in this way is highly commendable and very impressive. Excellent inclusion of stakeholders. The social impact measurement framework has clearly been well designed to suit the nature of the program and the needs of participants.”

“Working with Eleanor on an Outcomes Measurement Framework was a smooth and enjoyable project. Eleanor is passionate about the work she does and there was not a question that she couldn’t answer.”

"It was evident that Eleanor put in the hard work to understand our organisation and it was therefore very easy to communicate what we required. She was flexible, yet firm with what she knew would be the best outcome for us. The value of a Framework of this kind can never be underestimated and I wouldn't hesitate to work with Eleanor again."

“Not only did Eleanor deliver on her brief, she really took the time to understand the ethos and values of the organisation and the program. And she was able to reflect these in the end product.”

"Flat Out engaged Eleanor at For-Purpose Evaluations to design and compile an outcomes and social impact framework for our new Women Inside and Out program – the first of its kind in Victoria. The result is a well-rounded, well-researched, and beautiful framework that Flat Out is so proud of. Thanks so much Eleanor, for your exceptional work."
