Eleanor Booth

Managing Director and Founder

Eleanor is a highly respected facilitator and consultant in social impact measurement and evaluation. Her diverse experience working with community service organisations in Australia and overseas, both as a consultant and in direct service delivery roles, informs her belief that community services must effectively measure and communicate their social impact to remain sustainable. After working in the social services sector for over 10 years she founded For-Purpose Evaluations. FPE provides organisations with the tools and capacity they need to measure and communicate their social impact. 

Eleanor has a Masters of Community Development (Measurement and Evaluation) and Bachelor degrees in Journalism and Philosophy. She also holds qualifications in data analytics and data visualisation. Eleanor is Chair of the Social Impact Measurement Network of Australia (SIMNA) Sydney Organising Committee and is a member of the Research Advisory Committee of Outward Bound International. 

Letitia Tunmore

Senior Social Impact Researcher and Analyst

Letitia has experience working in Impact Investing, leading the operations of the Diversified Impact Fund, the Social Impact Investment Trust and SVA’s Social Impact Trust. Letitia is also part of the Synergis Fund, a new disability housing fund working to deploy capital into the Specialist Disability Accommodation market. Letitia is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance and a Masters of Development Studies (International Development) at the University of NSW. Outside of work, Letitia is a director of the Himalayan Higher Education Fund, who provide access to tertiary education in the Himalayan region.             

Samantha Cooper

Senior Social Impact Researcher and Analyst

Sam is a social policy and community planning specialist with community services, council and state government experience. Sam’s previous work has focused on youth, recreation and disability inclusion policy and strategy; climate activism; community engagement and program management roles. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Development Studies) and Science (Psychology) from UNSW, and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact. Outside of work, Sam volunteers with Touchstone Life Care, a start-up focused on transforming end of life panning in Australia.                                                                                    

Georgia Egan-Griffiths

Social Impact Researcher and Analyst

Georgia has a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Hons) and is currently studying Law at RMIT.  She has qualifications in Digital Product Management, coding (CSS, HTML and SQL) and online publishing. Georgia’s background in software development and deployment of online products offers a unique perspective to the analysis of social impact and human services data. Georgia currently volunteers with the Fitzroy Legal Service and Flat Out, a grass roots community service where she works on their Policing Family Violence Project

Jenna McDonald

Social Impact Researcher and Analyst

Since graduating from a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) at RMIT Jenna has worked in various service delivery roles within disability and family violence organisations. This hands-on experience gives her a unique understanding of the challenges services face when juggling reporting requirements, time and resources limitations while working to maximise their social impact. Jenna is a advocate for improving service quality and accessibility and places trauma-informed practice at the forefront of her approach.
