Managing Director and Founder
Eleanor is a highly respected facilitator and consultant in social impact measurement and evaluation. Her diverse experience working with community service organisations in Australia and overseas, both as a consultant and in direct service delivery roles, informs her belief that community services must effectively measure and communicate their social impact to remain sustainable. After working in the social services sector for over 10 years she founded For-Purpose Evaluations. FPE provides organisations with the tools and capacity they need to measure and communicate their social impact.
Eleanor has a Masters of Community Development (Measurement and Evaluation) and Bachelor degrees in Journalism and Philosophy. She also holds qualifications in data analytics and data visualisation. Eleanor is Chair of the Social Impact Measurement Network of Australia (SIMNA) Sydney Organising Committee and is a member of the Research Advisory Committee of Outward Bound International.
Letitia brings over 15 years of work experience across corporate, not-for-profit and social purpose sectors in impact investing, international development, measurement and evaluation and finance. Having previously led the operations of SVA’s Impact Investing team and the Synergis Fund she has expertise in funds management, Social Impact Bonds, and the Specialist Disability Accommodation market. Letitia is a Non-Executive Director of SHE Investments, leading their Impact Measurement Working Group and mentors both a member of the SHE leadership team and a Cambodian artisan business. In addition, Letitia is an Executive Director of the Himalayan Higher Education Fund. Letitia holds a Masters of Development Studies (UNSW), is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (University of Exeter).
Sam is a social policy and community planning specialist with community services, council and state government experience. Sam’s previous work has focused on youth, recreation and disability inclusion policy and strategy; climate activism; community engagement and program management roles. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Development Studies) and Science (Psychology) and a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact from UNSW. Outside of work, Sam volunteers with Touchstone Life Care, a start-up focused on transforming end of life planning in Australia.

Mikhail holds a Master of Commerce (Sustainability & Social Impact) from UNSW, where he focused his studies on Outcomes Measurement. His broad experience of service delivery ranges from volunteering at community centres to working with arts and theatre based organisations to deliver social impact. Together, this knowledge and experience cements his conviction that data-driven decision making should be the driving force behind effective change.
Researcher and Analyst
Since graduating from a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) at RMIT Jenna has worked in various service delivery roles within disability and family violence organisations. This hands-on experience gives her a unique understanding of the challenges services face when juggling reporting requirements, time and resources limitations while working to maximise their social impact. Jenna is a advocate for improving service quality and accessibility and places trauma-informed practice at the forefront of her approach.
